Tomorrow-qualified, with the controls to mean it.

Kale Pasch founded both the Prediction Markets Institute and Tomorrow. That is a material conflict, and it is disclosed and managed in the open. The Institute governs the independent credential — its standards, certification decisions, discipline and marks. Tomorrow administers a distinct, renewable qualification for its own platform and does not decide who receives the Institute's credential.

Neither status independently authorizes advice, solicitation, trading, account control, client onboarding, or a particular transaction. Neither is approved or required by the CFTC, the NFA, or any other regulator. Those decisions remain subject to applicable law, firm supervision, venue rules, and transaction-specific controls.
Conflict management. The Institute's governance model requires independent board review of cross-organisation conflicts, approval of any material cross-branding, and founder recusal where appropriate. The independent founding council is being recruited and is not yet seated; until it is, no claim of independent review of a certification decision should be read into this page. "Recognized by Tomorrow" will be used only once it is accurate.

An independent research institute for prediction markets. We publish research and methods, set out design standards, and convene the people who build, supervise and study these markets.

Prediction Markets Institute (PMI) is the organisation. PMA-CICP is the credential it is establishing. This site is named after the credential, not after a second body.
